Wearable Art: A Conversation about Jewelry
Monday, May 8 | 7:00 PM
Michael Baker's Historic Barn, 93 Church Lane, East Brunswick
Throughout history, jewelry has been used to commemorate the most cherished moments in our lives – a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation, an engagement ring, or a child’s friendship bracelet. Join curator Bella Neyman, co-founder of New York City Jewelry Week, for a conversation about groundbreaking jewelry, from work by Pablo Picasso to the artistry of jewelers working today.
After the presentation, participants will be able to try on and purchase contemporary Israeli jewelry from Gallery Loupe in Montclair.
This event will be moderated by journalist Jennifer Altmann.
