Meryl Frank is an international champion of women’s leadership and human rights. Former Mayor of Highland Park, Meryl was appointed in 2009 by President Obama to represent the United States to the Fifth World Conference on Women. In 2010, Obama appointed her ambassador to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. She is a frequent speaker on gender, health, environment, and refugee issues worldwide.
